Procurement Expert

Location: Belgrade

Job Description:

• ·Collaborating with other organizational Units of the Bank in terms of receiving requests for procurement, including goods and services;
• Managing activities related to finding, evaluating, and engaging suppliers, as well as organization, coordination and execution of RFP/RFQs processes and selecting the most favorable suppliers, both on local and group level;
• Preparing and managing RFP/RFQ process, including understanding of procurement demand, commercial normalization, negotiation, evaluation, decision-making, as well as contracting for defined categories (IT and Non-IT);
• Collecting data, performing analysis, and sending RFPs to various suppliers;
• Evaluating TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and commercial contractual sections of supplier offers;
• Negotiating commercial contract terms and conditions with suppliers;
• Preparing decision proposals for internal approval bodies;
• Negotiating with suppliers regarding prices, payment and delivery terms, and contractual provisions;
• Conducting activities, related to procurement department operations, concerning outsourcing activities to third parties;
• Providing assistance and support to the Legal Affairs Sector in preparing contracts related to the procurement of goods and services;
• Monitoring the entire procurement process for goods and services (from purchase to delivery);
• Tracking and evaluating supplier's performance and delivery quality;
• Controlling procurement-related costs and preparing analysis, as well as proposals for cost optimization of budget, plans, and objectives in the areas of expenses and procurement;
• Proactively exploring synergies and possible cost optimization initiatives on both local and group level;
• Developing proposals for methodologies, regulations, procedures, and instructions;

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Expectations from Candidates:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in the field of procurement;
• Proficiency in English and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
• Experience in issuing RFI/RFP/RFQs for the procurement of different goods and services;
• Experience in conducting negotiations in procurement processes for goods and services;
• Analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Driving license B category;
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with different Sectors within the organization;
