Job description:

  • Ensuring the correctness, safety, and cost-effectiveness of the fleet and accompanying vehicles;
  • Regular servicing of the fleet and accompanying vehicles;
  • Assessing and resolving breakdowns or damage that occurs on the road;
  • Assisting in the resolution of minor roadside breakdowns without the support of a service;
  • Communicating with service centers and authorized distributors of replacement parts, covering the cost of services, and organizing the delivery of replacement parts on the road;
  • Communicating with the Dispatch Service about damage caused by drivers, providing reports and updates to superiors;
  • Being available on the phone and returning calls to service centers and drivers;
  • Addressing additional requests from drivers (finding accommodation, transportation to accommodation, as well as parking for vehicles and accompanying parts);
  • Reporting to the RSA manager or their assistant (daily, weekly, monthly as needed) regarding specific situations during the shift;
  • Urgently notifying the safety service in the event of an accident on the road during morning and night shifts;
  • Analyzing video recordings from vehicle security cameras in the event of an accident on the road or damage to the fleet;
  • Organizing towing services;
  • Organizing cargo handling upon request from the dispatch department;
  • Organizing and finding safe parking for the fleet on the road at the request of the dispatch department;
  • Assisting the safety service in removing breakdowns identified during DOT inspections and caused by accidents;
  • Writing a report to the accounting department regarding the cost of repairing tires on the fleet managed by "lease to purchase" drivers and the cost of repairing the fleet caused by drivers;
  • In the event of a roadside breakdown that cannot be resolved on the road, sending a report via email to the Fleet Manager and dispatch, requesting assistance from the company's towing service;

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Basic knowledge
    about car mechanics 
    is a must
     (if you are not familiar with this then this is not opportunity for you)
  • Passionate about the automotive industry in general
  • Proficient English user
  • Flexible and reliable team player
  • Can multitask
  • Tech savvy (you know how to make an Excel table (i.e. to use Microsoft package), and/or to work in g-drive
  • Ability to work from our office in Belgrade,
    no remote options available
