We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Payroll Specialists. What you'll do

  • Process payroll transactions and manage related documentation.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and communications.
  • Provide updates to team members and drivers.
  • Learn new skills and grow in a supportive environment.

What we're looking for

  • A positive attitude and a desire to learn—no experience needed
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work second shift (3 pm - 11 pm) on site.
  • Proficiency in English and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

What will your workday look like?

  • Recording and processing payroll transactions.
  • Managing payroll documentation and records.
  • Assisting with billing and invoice handling.
  • Communicating with team members and drivers to resolve payroll-related inquiries.
  • Learning and improving skills with full support from your team and training sessions.
