Position Overview
In order to further strengthen our HR team in Serbia we are currently looking for an:

HR Specialist
(Altina, Belgrade)

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for various HR matters.

Key Accountabilities

  • Drafting employment contracts
  • Keeping track records of absences such as holidays, illness, short term leaves, maternity leaves etc.
  • General administrative support of the personnel department (classification, distribution of mail, distribution of wage slips etc.)
  • Performing preliminary tasks related to payroll
  • Finding solutions and formulating answers to various questions that our employees could have
  • Declaration and administration of accidents at work
  • Keeping track records of absences such as holidays, illness, short term leaves, maternity leaves etc.
  • Monitoring the changes within and outside of the company, and proposing ideas based on some kind of analytics

Required Competencies

  • At least 1 year of similar experience, preferably from a multinational company
  • Detailed and enthusiastic about all aspects of HR work
  • Fluent level of English and Serbian languages
  • Experienced user of MS Office package, preferably digital savvy in general as well
  • Critical thinking mindset
