Key responsibilities:

  • Organization and coordination of all travel - related activities
  • Organization of limo service, transportation
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Organization and arrangement of the meetings
  • Preparation of materials for meetings, conferences etc.
  • Preparation of reports/records of expenses
  • Preparation of presentations and other documents in accordance with professional standards of the company
  • Administrative support, including filing, data entry, and other duties as assigned
  • Written correspondence - answering emails, letters
  • Internet research according to the needs of the tasks
  • Other tasks and jobs as assigned by your direct manager.

Essential requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel - independent preparation of reports, analysis and interpretation of results
  • Excellent knowledge of Outlook, professional email correspondence, appointment scheduling and calendar management
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • High level of motivation and personal responsibility
  • Confidentiality of information and discretion in business management
  • Basic knowledge of finance (accounting background)
  • Flexible and willing to take on ad-hoc tasks
  • Flexible and willing to work outside standard working hours
