Due to the expansion of our office in Serbia, we are seeking an
Office Manager - Accountant
to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Answer, filter, and distribute incoming phone calls
- Register and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Handle company document flow (receiving, distributing, sending documents, coordination with courier services)
- Account for and allocate business expenses and materials
- Prepare payment documents and process invoices from counterparties
- Reconcile settlements with counterparties, identify and resolve discrepancies, and file reconciliation statements in the electronic database
- Process primary documentation in the electronic document management system (review, approval, export, posting, and submission of documents)
- Assist in preparing documents required for submission to regulatory authorities (as needed)
- Arrange business travel, including flights, accommodation, and car rentals
- Welcome visitors and arrange meeting hospitality (including coffee breaks)
- Oversee office operations (ordering supplies, water, stationery, etc.)
- Maintain office order and ensure a professional work environment
- Carry out management instructions promptly and accurately
Requirements
- Higher education
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Previous experience and knowledge in accounting will be considered as an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and confidence in handling office equipment
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Literacy and proficiency in business correspondence
- Punctuality, reliability, and a high sense of responsibility
- Efficiency and ability to work under deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks and execute them promptly
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and presentable appearance
