koji će biti ključna podrška našem timu i svakodnevnom poslovanju kompanije. Ova pozicija je idealna za organizovanu, proaktivnu i komunikativnu osobu koja ume da balansira više zadataka i da obezbedi da kancelarija funkcioniše besprekorno.
Odgovornosti
- Administrativni poslovi i vođenje kancelarijskog poslovanja
- Komunikacija sa dobavljačima, knjigovođama i eksternim partnerima
- Vođenje evidencije o odsustvima, slobodnim danima i odmorima zaposlenih
- Organizacija poslovnih putovanja i internih događaja
- Praćenje i nabavka kancelarijskog materijala i opreme
- Briga o ugovorima i osnovnoj dokumentaciji
- Podrška menadžmentu i različitim timovima u svakodnevnom radu
- Predlaganje i sprovođenje unapređenja u internim procesima
- Analiziranje i sumiranje određenih performance izvještaja
Šta Nudimo
- Početnu neto platu od do RSD
- Rad u kancelariji od ponedeljka do četvrtka, dok je petak rad od kuće
- Fleksibilan odmor – slobodno vreme kada je potrebno, bez ograničenja na zakonski minimum
- Budžet za obuke i stručno usavršavanje

Kvalifikacije
- Iskustvo na sličnim administrativnim ili kancelarijskim pozicijama je prednost
- Odlične organizacione i komunikacione veštine
- Poznavanje rada na računaru i MS Office paketa
- Samostalnost, preciznost i odgovornost u radu
- Znanje engleskog jezika je poželjno
