Ko smo mi?

Mi smo Office Bite — platforma koja pomaže kompanijama da organizuju zaposlenima ishranu na radnom mestu.

Spajamo restorane, keteringe, piljare, pekare i druge vendore sa kompanijama i njihovim zaposlenima. Organizujemo ručkove, keteringe i digitalne kantine za kompanije koje brinu o svojim zaposlenima.

Mi smo tehnološka firma, postojimo 6 godina, i ciglu po ciglu gradimo nešto veliko. Mala smo ekipa od 10 ljudi, ali smo vrlo ambiciozni i ciljevi su nam veliki. Želimo da izađemo i van granica naše zemlje. 

Naš slogan je - "Put do zadovoljnih zaposlenih vodi preko stomaka."

Koga tražimo?

Tražimo osobu koja zna da sklapa saradnje sa kompanijama, razume HR svet i ume da pronađe zajednički interes. Jer Office Bite nije samo "još jedan benefit", već alat koji svojim klijentima štedi vreme i novac u organizaciji hrane na radnom mestu, dok u isto vreme osigurava visoko zadovoljstvo zaposlenih.

Ako si već radio/la u B2B prodaji, posebno ako si prodavao usluge HR odeljenjima (benefiti, wellbeing, edukacije), ovo će ti biti prirodna nadogradnja.

Šta ćeš raditi?

Kontaktiraćeši kompanije koje organizuju obroke i drugu hranu za svoje zaposlene i žele da unaprede njihovo iskustvo ovim benefitom

Istraživaćeš potrebe individualnih klijenata i pravićeš rešenja koja su u skladu sa njihovim potrebama

Gradićeš dugoročne odnose sa HR-ovima, office menadžerima i direktorima

Vodićeš ceo proces prodaje - od prvog razgovora do dogovora i potpisivanja ugovora

Unapređivaćeš prodajni sistem

Saradjivaćeš sa našim marketingom i operacijama da zajedno oblikujemo idealnu ponudu

Povremeno ćeš testirati nove ručkove - čisto da znaš šta prodaješ

Ko si ti?

Imaš minimum 3 godine iskustva u B2B prodaji

Idealno je da imaš iskustva u prodaji HR rešenja (benefiti, wellbeing, edukacije, ili slično)

Umeš da slušaš klijenta, a onda i da jasno i precizno komuniciraš rešenja

Nije ti strano da se uhvatiš za telefon, i pozoveš potencijalne klijente kada je to potrebno

Razumeš procese odlučivanja u kompanijama

Samostalnost, samoinicijativa i zdrava doza preduzetničkog duha je ono što te odlikuje

Imaš dovoljno iskustva da možeš samostalno da rešavaš izazove klijenata
