We are looking for experienced Sales Representative to drive sales growth within the assigned region by identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting Kingspan Insulated Panels' product portfolio. The role includes end-to-end sales responsibility – from lead generation to closing orders – while ensuring alignment with the company's sales strategy and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales within the assigned region
- Build strong relationships with contractors, architects, and investors
- Identify new projects and manage the full sales cycle
- Negotiate prices and prepare offers in line with company guidelines
- Track projects and maintain data in CRM (FABS)
- Provide basic technical advice and support to clients
- Monitor the market and competitors
- Attend client visits, meetings, and industry events
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in construction or technical products)
- Background in technical or commercial education
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems (FABS/SAP is a plus)
- English proficiency (B1–C1 level)
- Driving license and readiness to travel locally
