Advokatska kancelarija sa sedištem u Beogradu traži organizovanu i pouzdanu osobu za poziciju Office Manager-a, koja će brinuti o nesmetanom funkcionisanju kancelarije i pružati podršku timu.

Radni zadaci uključuju:

  • Brigu o urednosti i svakodnevnom funkcionisanju kancelarije
  • Javljanje na telefonske pozive i prijem stranaka
  • Administrativne poslove: vođenje evidencija, pošta, sortiranje i arhiviranje dokumentacije
  • Nabavku potrošnog materijala i komunikaciju sa dobavljačima
  • Podršku u objavi sadržaja na sajtu i društvenim mrežama
  • Pomoć u HR administraciji i osnovnim finansijskim poslovima

Uslovi:

  • Minimum srednja stručna sprema, poželjno ekonomskog usmerenja
  • Odlične organizacione i komunikacione veštine
  • Poznavanje rada na računaru (MS Office)
  • Poželjno iskustvo u administraciji
  • Aktvno znanje engleskog jezika (pisano i usmeno)
