Job Description

HR Recruitment Officer
will be responsible for taking the duties of hiring new candidates, communicating the offers, conducting and scheduling the interviews, company staff screening and staffing plan.

  • Department:
    Human Resources
  • Reports to:
    Head of HR

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and conducting the interviews
  • Advertising the open positions on Libyan Jobs and with the Service Providers
  • Defining the employee salaries according to the internal policies and regulations and communicating the job offer
  • Company staff screening and staffing plan

Requirements:

  • Bachelor diploma preferable;
  • English conversational mandatory;
  • Experience in recruitment or HR;
  • Email communication skills;
  • Organizational and time management skills;
