HR Recruitment Officer

Job Description
HR Recruitment Officer
will be responsible for taking the duties of hiring new candidates, communicating the offers, conducting and scheduling the interviews, company staff screening and staffing plan.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and conducting the interviews
- Advertising the open positions on Libyan Jobs and with the Service Providers
- Defining the employee salaries according to the internal policies and regulations and communicating the job offer
- Company staff screening and staffing plan
Requirements:
- Bachelor diploma preferable;
- English conversational mandatory;
- Experience in recruitment or HR;
- Email communication skills;
- Organizational and time management skills;
