We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and help ensure smooth communication with our international client. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily communication with the client to ensure clarity, responsiveness, and alignment on all ongoing matters
  • Prepare and issue client invoices professionally and on time
  • Execute and track payments and support treasury operations
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of all related activities
  • Track and allocate costs to departments and cost centers
  • Handle office-related requests (dial-in links, meeting rooms, travel coordination, supply orders, etc.)

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

  • A proactive and organized approach, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Great attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in day-to-day work
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required
  • Having at least 2 years of experience in administrative roles is considered a plus
