Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in Belgrade. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales team in daily tasks, including handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining sales records. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Assistant will also assist in preparing sales reports and managing schedules and appointments.

  • Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication and Sales abilities
  • Excellent Organization Skills
  • Relevant experience or knowledge in sales or customer support is a plus
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
