Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and creative person to join our team as a
Sales & Marketing Assistant
.

If you love social media, enjoy being around events, and have an eye for good visuals — this could be the right opportunity for you

Your role will include:

  • Assisting the Sales Manager in daily tasks and communication
  • Helping prepare offers and presentations
  • Creating and posting content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Taking photos/videos at events (phone is fine)
  • Using tools like Canva or similar for quick design tasks
  • Supporting on-site during events and conferences

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is eager to learn and grow in the event and AV industry
  • Is organized, communicative, and detail-oriented
  • Has basic knowledge of social media and design tools
  • Speaks English fluently
