A Day in the LifeIn this role, you will support the Cardiovascular business by assisting in administrative tasks, event organization, and product launches - all contributing to stronger sales focus and therapy development. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic healthcare environment, while learning how business, marketing, and operations work together to improve patient outcomes.
Internship details:
• Start date: November
• Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend for another 6 months)
• Working hours: 30-40 h/week with flexibility (exams and holiday period)
• Working model: hybrid (2 days from the office)
• Location: Belgrade, Serbia
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
• Play an active role in organizing and supporting key industry events and congresses, enhancing your project management and organizational skills.
• Learn the ins and outs of product allocation, ensuring efficient distribution of products to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with dynamic sales and marketing teams on ongoing projects, directly contributing to business goals.
• Develop essential administrative skills, ensuring compliance and process excellence after completing specialized training.
Required Knowledge:
• Fluency in Serbian and English language (at least B2 upper-intermediate level), both spoken and written.
• Recently graduated or currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Proactive attitude with good task management and time management skills.
Would be a plus:
• Degree in Business, Management or Healthcare.
• Open-minded and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to learn and grow through hands-on experience.
