ROLE SUMMARY:

This position manages the full administrative process of sales contracts, ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and confidentiality. It involves coordinating contract signings, maintaining customer and pricing data, and monitoring payment schedules while supporting smooth communication between all stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintaining complete administration from the moment of signing the reservation contract until the signing of the sales contract
  • Responsible for contract printing and contract execution
  • Ensuring that the contracts are signed by the Director
  • Responsible for contacting the customer for contract signing
  • Coordinating with all relevant stakeholders to scheduling the contract signing date
  • Ensuring that meetings are scheduled and effectively using the teams and Director's schedule
  • Tracking all contracts that have been executed and handed over to customers to sign in a timely manner
  • Ensuring the correctness, promptness and confidentiality of all personal data of customers in the system and in the local database
  • Assisting in management of customer databases
  • Comparing and ensuring that unit pricing and description matches in master database, contracts and Oracle
  • Monitoring client payment dynamics
  • Working closely with Sales managers to coordinate and launch projects and campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Degree in Economics is a plus)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Experience working with SAP/ORACLE or any major ERP system is an advantage

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
  • High level of operational effectiveness with the ability to deliver quality results
