TVOJE ODGOVORNOSTI

  • Briga o postojećim klijentima i kontinuirano održavanje partnerskih odnosa
  • Razumevanje potreba korisnika i proaktivno predlaganje unapređenja i novih funkcionalnosti
  • Rad na obnovama ugovora, nadogradnjama paketa i proširenjima saradnje
  • Praćenje zadovoljstva korisnika i obezbeđivanje da klijent maksimalno koristi NTS rešenja
  • Redovan kontakt sa klijentima putem telefona, e-maila i sastanaka
  • Praćenje realizacije usluga i koordinacija sa internim timovima kada je potrebno (tehnička služba, administracija)
  • Vođenje evidencije o interakcijama sa klijentima i priprema kratkih mesečnih izveštaja
  • Učešće u kreiranju korisničkih kampanja i aktivnosti zadržavanja klijenata

PROFIL KOJI TRAŽIMO


• Iskustvo u Customer Care, Account Managementu, korisničkoj podršci ili radu sa klijentima —
obavezno


• Izražene komunikacione i interpersonalne veštine


• Sposobnost aktivnog slušanja, razumevanja potreba klijenata i predlaganja rešenja


• Poželjno iskustvo u oblastima transporta, logistike, telekoma ili IT-a


• Organizovanost, samostalnost i proaktivnost


• Razumevanje osnovnih IT pojmova (softver, mobilne aplikacije, GPS sistemi)


• Dobro poznavanje rada na računaru i spremnost za rad u CRM alatima


• Vozačka dozvola B kategorije
