Senior QA Engineer
to join our team in
Novi Sad
. We are dedicated to revolutionizing the world of gamification marketing and helping businesses across industries enhance their customer journey with interactive and cutting-edge experiences.

With our Playable Ad Network, we are setting new standards in the field of online display advertising. The gamified banners achieve above-average values in all relevant KPIs. The complex technology requires special care and planning, implementation, and delivery expertise.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation
• Proven expertise in Playwright for web automation, including designing and maintaining test frameworks
• String experience with API Automation (Supertest or similar)
• Proficient in load testing using JMeter
• Advanced knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript
• Strong ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries
• Extensive experience with CI/CD tools, particularly GitHub Actions
• Deep understanding of software testing principles and QA processes, including shift-left approach to testing and quality
• Experience designing and implementing automated test strategies
• Ability to mentor less experienced QA engineers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS
• Strong understanding of version control systems, especially Git
• Ability to stay updated with industry trends and technologies

It will be considered a plus

• Experience improving test performance, stability, or coverage
• Experience setting up advanced test execution environments in CI/CD
• Strong interest in test-infrastructure optimization and automation
• Experience with performance monitoring and analyzing system bottlenecks
• Broader cloud knowledge or scripting experience that enhances automation workflows

Job Responsibilities

• Own the design and maintenance of automated tests for web, API, and performance scenarios.
• Define test strategies, analyze requirements, and ensure full feature coverage.
• Apply a shift-left approach, engaging early in the development cycle to surface risks and prevent defects before implementation.
• Improve QA automation architecture and contribute to scalable, maintainable testing practices.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and strengthen overall automation maturity.
• Mentor less experienced QA engineers and support the team in solving complex quality challenges.
• Maintain clear test documentation and regularly report on quality status.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure smooth delivery and consistent quality.
• Perform manual testing where automation is not yet applicable.
