Your tasks

  • Disciplinary management of the assigned employees in accordance with Brose's management principles
  • Creation of an annual budget, investment and personnel planning in coordination with the supervisors of the specialist functions as well as monitoring the budget and initiating countermeasures in the event of target / actual deviataons
  • Ensuring communication and coordination with internal customers, headquarters and the respective specialist functions worldwide
  • Standardization of processes, methods and equipment in coordination with the technical supervisor as well as ensuring and promoting a uniform procedure within the specialist function
  • Provision of manufacturing equipment and test benches for electronics production and test benches for business division Drives (test department, production,…)
  • Continuous optimization of the specific system concepts and their key figures
  • Participation in the implementation of design for manufacturing and design for testability measures

Your Profile

  • Basic studies in the field of electrical engineering
  • Extensive pervious experience on similar role
  • Deep knowledge of the processes and challenges in the development, validation and manufacturing of electronic control units
  • In-depth knowledge of project management
  • Good leadership skills
  • Fluent English language skills
