ROLE OVERVIEW:

  • Monitor and optimize Core Network performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues (hardware/software)
  • Handle alarms and trouble tickets
  • Integrate new network elements and software releases
  • Collaborate on major projects and network expansions
  • Support interconnection, signaling, and routing
  • Participate in on-call rotations

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (M.Sc. is a plus)
  • Experience: 3+ years preferred, but not mandatory
  • Skills:
  • Core Network technologies & protocols (SIP, Diameter, H.248)
  • Basic IP networking
  • Linux/Unix/Windows system operations
  • Software testing and troubleshooting
  • Team player with strong communication skills in English
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and resilient under pressure
