ESO TRON d.o.o. is your reliable long-term partner specializing in ecology in the Western Balkans market. Our mission is to reduce the amount of organic waste in landfills by redirecting it to alternative reusable or recycling methods. As the largest company in Serbia for organic waste and used cooking oil collection and recycling, we meet all legal requirements for collecting, transporting, storing, and processing organic waste and used cooking oil. We actively participate in environmental care by ensuring sustainability through a comprehensive chain of collection, leading to the creation of our final product, BIO-BOOSTER which is used for green sourced electricity generation through bio gas plants.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Coordinator based in Novi Sad. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day logistics operations, including inventory management, supply chain management, and customer service. The role involves ensuring efficient and timely collection, transportation of received waste pick up inquiries. The Logistics Coordinator will also be responsible for communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.

What you will do

  • Coordinating the daily planning and execution processes within transport cycle:
  • Load & Dispatch planning;
  • Yard and Load Management checking;
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Investigate on operational failures, cost losses, propose solutions and lead task teams for improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Supply Chain Management experience
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Inventory Management
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Novi Sad
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus, not mandatory.
