We're Hiring: Data Engineer

We're expanding our team and looking for a passionate Data Engineer
 to take a key role in designing, developing, and improving robust, scalable data pipelines. In this position, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn complex business needs into reliable data solutions that drive decision-making across the organization.

What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines, implementing complex business logic in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Migrate existing data pipelines from on-prem
    Hadoop
    to 
    Azure cloud
  • Perform data quality checks and ensure data integrity throughout the pipeline lifecycle
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Proactively identify and resolve data-related challenges and bottlenecks
  • Stay current with the latest data engineering tools, technologies, and best practices
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in designing and building data pipelines
  • Strong cloud experience (Azure preferred)
  • Solid understanding of data quality, integrity, and governance principles
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Hadoop and cloud migration projects is a plus
  • Passion for learning and sharing knowledge with others
