About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated and people-oriented
Truck Driver Recruiter
to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for professional drivers interested in joining our company. You'll guide them through the hiring process, answer their questions, and make sure they have a clear understanding of our programs, pay, and expectations.

What You'll Do:

  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified CDL drivers through job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networks.
  • Build strong relationships with drivers by providing clear, honest, and timely communication.
  • Explain lease purchase or owner-operator opportunities in detail.
  • Assist drivers with applications, onboarding, and orientation scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate communications and progress in the recruitment system.
  • Work closely with the operations team to understand current driver needs and priorities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in driver recruiting, dispatch, or transportation industry preferred (but not required).
  • Strong communication and people skills—you enjoy talking with drivers and building trust.
  • Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple candidates at different stages.
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and CRM/recruiting tools.
  • A self-starter who can work independently and hit recruitment goals.
