Opis pozicije:
Energy Operations Manager biće odgovoran za operativno vođenje firme, sa zadatkom da razvije, implementira i optimizuje energetske kapacitete – uključujući solarne elektrane, sisteme balansiranja i optimizaciju potrošnje energije u okviru data centara i drugih poslovnih jedinica.

Ključna uloga je da obezbedi efikasno i ekonomski održivo korišćenje energije, da vodi razvoj i izgradnju solarne elektrane, upravlja izvođačima i projektantima, i da uspostavi model dugoročne održivosti kroz saradnju sa elektro-trejderima i snabdevačima zelene energije.

Ključne odgovornosti:

  • Operativno upravljanje firmom i svim energetskim projektima u okviru grupe.
  • Planiranje i realizacija izgradnje solarne elektrane (projekat, izvođači, dozvole, nadzor).
  • Analiza i optimizacija ukupne potrošnje električne energije u grupi (posebno u data centrima).
  • Saradnja sa CTO-om i facility timovima na razvoju i integraciji energetskih rešenja i sistema praćenja potrošnje.
  • Razvoj i implementacija modela energetske efikasnosti i balansiranja potrošnje
  • Uspostavljanje saradnje sa elektro-trejderima i snabdevačima radi postizanja optimalnih cena i uslova.
  • Praćenje tržišta električne energije, cena, balansne odgovornosti i PPA ugovora.
  • Priprema finansijskih i tehničkih modela za nabavku, skladištenje i upotrebu energije iz obnovljivih izvora.
  • Saradnja sa pravnim, finansijskim i tehničkim timovima u razvoju PPA modela i ugovora o isporuci energije.
  • Implementacija sistema izveštavanja i praćenja performansi energetskih postrojenja (monitoring, KPI).
  • Iniciranje i realizacija novih projekata iz oblasti zelene energije i održivosti.

Profil kandidata:

  • Fakultetsko obrazovanje (elektrotehnika, energetika, mašinstvo, građevina, ekonomija – prednost master iz oblasti energetike).
  • Minimalno 5 godina iskustva u oblasti energetike, obnovljivih izvora ili elektro-trgovine.
  • Poznavanje procesa razvoja i izgradnje energetskih postrojenja (solar, OIE).
  • Razumevanje tržišta električne energije, balansne odgovornosti i modela PPA ugovora.
  • Iskustvo u radu sa izvođačima, projektantima i regulatorima (AERS, EMS, Ministarstvo).
  • Razvijene veštine planiranja, pregovaranja i upravljanja projektima.
  • Poželjno iskustvo sa ESCO modelima, energetskim auditisanjem i optimizacijom potrošnje.
  • Znanje engleskog jezika.
