PPC Specialist

Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive PPC Specialist to manage and optimize MaxBet's paid advertising campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, setting up, and continuously improving PPC activities to drive quality traffic and increase conversions.

The ideal candidate is someone who can quickly understand our goals, support key initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of the team and verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, launch, and optimize PPC marketing campaigns across paid search, display (including PMax), and UAC to drive growth.
• Conduct research and analyze data to identify effective keywords, audiences, and targeting strategies.
• Ensure campaigns are optimally targeted to maximize ROI.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify improvement opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure alignment and consistency across all activities.
• Stay up to date with the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices, applying them to continuously improve performance.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign results, providing weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Manage daily campaign operations, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, quality score improvements, and performance tracking.
• Drive continuous optimization through A/B testing, experimentation, and in-depth analysis of campaign data.
• Prepare regular reports on Auction Insights, ROI, keyword performance, and other key PPC metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Advertising or a related field is preferred).
• Proven experience as a PPC Specialist or in a similar role, with strong knowledge of PPC principles and platform best practices.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and other relevant analytics tools.
• Experienced in the gambling/gaming industry and familiarity with bid-management tools is preferred.
• Fluent in English is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas.
• Team-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills.
