PPC & Lead Generation Specialist Silver Bell Group is expanding its marketing team and is looking for aresults -driven and analytical PPC & Lead Generation Specialist.In this role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizingpaid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, with a strong focuson lead generation and performance -driven outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)Create and execute lead generation strategies aligned with campaign goalsConduct A/B testing of ad creatives, headlines, CTAs, and landing page elementsMonitor and optimize campaign performance metricsCollaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers on ad assets and landing pagesUtilize tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Semrush for tracking, insights, and reportingPrepare weekly/monthly performance reports and participate in strategy reviewsRecommend and implement improvements related to CRO and email nurturing flows Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in PPC advertising and lead generationStrong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platformsHands -on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and SemrushSolid understanding of conversion funnels, campaign tracking, and attributionSelf -starter with strong analytical and performance -oriented mindsetTeam player with effective communication and collaboration skillsAdvanced English proficiency (B2+/C1 level)What We Offer:Full -time on -site role in a modern office in the heart of BelgradeOpportunity to work on high -budget campaigns and performance -driven projectsEnd -to -end involvement in campaign planning, execution, and optimizationSupport from a dedicated in -house team (design, copy, development, strategy)Clearly defined goals, KPIs, and regular feedbackProfessional development opportunities and participation in strategic discussions
