Application Support Expert for Cards and ATMs

Location: Belgrade

Job Description:

• Performing activities in the domain of business analysis and assessment of integration impacts within the Core banking system, with a particular focus on the Cards and ATMs domain;
• Actively participating in all phases of the Core system changes in the area of Cards and ATMs (internal and external development, projects, etc.) as well as their operational use;
• Defining and preparing requirements for configuring test and production environments, including system and network infrastructure;
• Maintaining continuous communication with external vendors and partners, until the full realization of related requests;
• Preparing, updating, and maintaining technical and functional documentation;
• Creating and executing SQL queries for data analysis, incident resolution, and other business requirements to ensure the stability of the Core system;
• Performing data quality control in accordance with predefined criteria;
• Identifying root causes of incidents and implementing appropriate corrective solutions;
• Providing second-level user support for application systems related to Core banking applications in the Cards and ATMs domain;
• Creating and maintaining a knowledge base containing known issues and recommended solutions.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Expectations from Candidates:

• VI/VII level of education in the field of IT, Engineering, Telecommunications, or Organizational Sciences;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or similar roles in the IT sector;
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle SQL tools;
• Knowledge of Miscrosoft Office tools;
• Knowledge of Aseba BI is a plus;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to make data-driven decisions;
• Independence in assessing potential risks and resolving challenges;
• Communication skills;
• Motivation for continuous learning, growth, and development;
• Knowledge of the English language.
