We are currently looking for a
Delivery Manager
, located in Serbia and proficient in English ready to join our regional European team. You will be working on diverse projects across Europe (and potentially beyond), with strong support from our teams.

Your role and tasks

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of SaaS projects – from scoping and planning to deployment and post-launch support.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear technical delivery plans, working closely with engineering, product, and QA teams.
  • Oversee release planning and management, ensuring smooth, coordinated deployments with minimal disruption and maximum reliability.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and resources across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Drive delivery excellence by improving processes, implementing best practices, and leveraging automation (e.g., CI/CD, DevOps).
  • Act as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders during delivery, ensuring transparency, alignment, and satisfaction.
  • Provide technical leadership, review solution designs, and support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis when needed.
  • Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

What you bring with you

  • At least 7 years of software delivery experience, including 3+ years in delivery management
  • Strong technical knowledge (SaaS, APIs, cloud, microservices, DevOps)
  • Proven experience managing delivery and release cycles in agile environments
  • Familiar with daily working tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence etc.
  • Fluent in spoken English, other languages are an asset
  • Understanding of insurance products & processes is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
