About the Role

As an
HR Support & Engagement Intern
, you will contribute to day-to-day HR processes and employee engagement initiatives. This role is designed to provide practical experience across recruitment, onboarding, administration, and people support. You will collaborate with the People Operations team to ensure smooth HR operations and help create a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and recruitment support.
  • Maintain and update employee records while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support across daily operations.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Organize and file company policies and internal resources.
  • Help plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Provide assistance to employees and managers with HR-related requests.

What We're Looking For

  • Interest in HR, administration, or people development.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Degree in Psychology, HR, or a related field is a plus.
