We are looking for a
Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
to help design, build, and operate highly available and scalable systems. You will play a key role in improving the reliability, performance, and efficiency of our platform, partnering closely with development teams and infrastructure engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy infrastructure solutions that support scalable and resilient applications.
• Own and continuously improve the reliability and availability of core systems and services.
• Design and implement fully automated CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and applications.
• Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to production issues and drive root cause resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform (preferred), or Pulumi for infrastructure provisioning.
• Experience using one or more cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their IaC frameworks.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to identifying performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Proficient in Kubernetes operations, including deploying and troubleshooting workloads, managing namespaces, services, deployments, ingress controllers, and performing routine cluster maintenance.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience operating self-managed Kubernetes-deployed open-source services, such as Postgres, Elasticsearch, Redis, or InfluxDB clusters.
• Familiarity with platform cost optimization and infrastructure budgeting.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing highly scalable and resilient systems in complex environments.
• Ability to work within constraints to solve both existing and emergent system reliability challenges.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues into business-relevant discussions and manage stakeholder expectations.
