About the role

We're looking for a
Senior 3D Artist
to join our
Marketing Creatives
team. We value strong artistic skills and are open to artists who already work confidently with AI tools, as well as those just beginning to explore them and eager to grow. If you're curious about new creative approaches, enjoy bringing ideas to life, and like the thought of making engaging ads that players can't scroll past, this might be a great fit

Tasks

• Create 2D and 3D graphics for video ads: locations, isometric objects (concepts for 3D graphics), illustrations, backgrounds, character poses and expressions;
• Prepare scenes in a game engine based on a given storyboard for further animation;
• Create and edit game-ready 3D models (modeling, UV unwrapping, and texturing);
• Design icons, promo materials, and app store screenshots.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior 2D Artist or Senior 3D Artist;
• Proficiency in
  Unity
  or another game engine (building prefabs, setting up cameras, lighting, and materials; working from sketches and concepts; strong understanding of composition, tone, color, lighting, perspective, axonometry, and isometry);
• Ability to work with existing assets (refining and repurposing them for new locations);
• A high-level portfolio (Senior-level or above) — we don't mind whether you achieve this quality with or without AI tools;
• Strong skills in
  Photoshop

• Experience with

  Substance Painter

• Experience with AI models for generating 3D graphics (
  Rodin
  ,
  3D Hunyuan
  );
• Genuine interest in the games industry, marketing expertise, and a good eye for creative trends.
• Nice to have: Experience with AI models for generating 2D graphics (ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion, etc.);
• Nice to have: Basic understanding of 2D and 3D character animation using AI tools (Kling, Veo, etc.).
