Architect/Landscape architect position

Vita Verde is a landscape company based in Belgrade, Serbia that deals in design, construction and maintenance. We create beautiful landscapes, vertical gardens, roof gardens and other green spaces in the urban environment.

As our team is growing, we are looking for a motivated and proactive architect or landscape architect with 3 to 5 years of experience to join us and be involved in diverse landscaping projects for a wide range of clients.

We are looking for a candidate with the right attitude, values and skills, such as:

  • Ability to think outside of the box and create solutions
  • Working independently and as part of a team
  • Problem solving skills, adaptability, flexibility and interpersonal skills
  • Efficient and goal oriented
  • Fluent in Serbian and have a good grasp of the English language
  • Experience in delivering project documentation
  • Experience working in AUTOCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, MS Office

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Lead and support projects from concept through realization (Design, technical and graphic documentation, client consultations)
  • Prepare BOQs, specifications, and cost estimates
  • Assist in marketing and sales activities (Creating project presentations, contributing to business development)

  • Project planning and execution: Develop timelines, schedules, and materials logistics
  • Site inspections: Visit locations, take photos, and track project progress
