Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Video Technician based in Belgrade, with some remote work opportunities. The Video Technician will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting AV equipment for various events. Daily tasks include video production, video conferencing support, managing lighting, operating projectors, and ensuring high-quality video and audio outputs during events. The technician will also provide on-site technical support and coordinate with other event staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Video Production and Video Conferencing
• Knowledge in managing Lighting and operating Projectors
• Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment (on-site in Belgrade and remote)
• Prior experience in AV related roles and event management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent technical experience
