**Job Title: RTS Walmart Team Leader

Location: Belgrade, Serbia
Grade: 9
Role Overview:**
The Team Lead will oversee a team of Level 1 and Level 2 Technical Support agents providing support for technicians working on the Walmart projects, including POS, NPS, and networking equipment. This role combines strong technical understanding with people leadership. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring service quality, guiding team development, and acting as the main point of escalation for both technical and operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management
• Supervise, coach, and mentor Level 1 and Level 2 agents.
• Manage scheduling, shift coverage, and workload distribution.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Operational Oversight
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Walmart Helpdesk, vendors, and internal stakeholders for escalations and project updates.
• Maintain clear communication across shifts and teams.
• Technical Leadership.
• Ensure knowledge base documentation is accurate, updated, and accessible.
• Support the rollout of new processes, tools, and project initiatives.
• Drive best practices for troubleshooting, escalation, and customer communication.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in technical support, with exposure to POS, NPS, or networking.
• Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role (formal or informal).
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance technical problem-solving with people leadership.
