Responsibilities- To achieve Net Revenue, market share and NOPBT objectives In Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary through productive relationships, planning and execution compatible with Channel/Company strategy.
- Creates Channel and Customer development plans to ensure long-term deliveries of AOP and PSP objectives.
- Builds effective relationship with Distributor management and end Market teams, and partners internally with E2E functions to build effective way of working in line with IBP operational model.
- Role needs to be organizer of regular performance reviews with Senior Management on PepsiCo and Distributor side via operational and strategic plans build up and reviews.
- Develop and evolve Distributor strategic and tactical plans
- Execution Of Annual Operating Plan
- Develop a productive business to business relationship with the Distributor
- Building internal multi-functional alignment to the Distributor to achieve volume / profit goals
- Build a Distributor's budget and gain agreement to it, to deliver Distributor specific plans at the desired profitability
- Distributor Administration
- University degree
- Minimum 5 years of Sales Management experience in FMCG company
- Distributor management experience
- Customer management experience with biggest Organized Trade Customers
- Supplementary experience: Good Marketing understanding, P&L management understanding, Supply Chain knowledge
- Fluency in English
- Senior stakeholder management and effective cooperation in matrix organization
- Developed networking and influencing skills
- Self-driven and result oriented
- Embraces innovation and change
