Opis radnog mesta

  • Planira i izrađuje biznis plan i strategiju brenda;
  • Definiše i implementira brend marketing strategiju (4P) za sve kanale prodaje;
  • Kreira marketing strategiju i učestvuje u promociji brenda i podizanju brand awarnessa zajedno sa marketing menadžerom;
  • Komunicira i pregovara sa dobavljačima, uspostavlja i održava kvalitetne odnose sa principalom i izveštavanje principala o rezultatima;
  • Odgovara za ukupne zalihe na nivou brenda i poručuje robu iz inostranstva u skladu sa targetima zaliha;
  • Identifikuje i analizira konkurenciju, cenovnu strategiju i promotivne strategije konkurencije, definišući konkurentske prednosti i slabosti;
  • Postavlja ciljeve za ključne kupce - asortiman i pozicije unutar kategorije za celokupno tržište;
  • Učestvuje u definisanju trade marketing godišnjeg kalendara aktivnosti za sve kanale prodaje, organizuje aktivnosti za unapređenje prodaje, prati prodaju po brendovima, pozicioniranje proizvoda, prati trendove na tržištu;
  • Odgovoran za kontrolu rada i edukaciju zaposlenih u timu;

Visoka stručna sprema

· Rad na računaru – napredni nivo

· Vozačka dozvola B kategorije

· Pregovaranje - napredno

· Vođenje projekata – osnovno

· Rukovođenje – osnovno

· Engleski jezik – napredni nivo

· Rad na istim ili sličnim pozicijama minimum 2 godine
