Title: Junior Proposal Analyst
Location: Belgrade, SRB
Grade: 08
The Proposal Analyst has the day-to-day strategic and tactical responsibility of supporting sales teams in the collaboration, preparation and execution of unsolicited proposals, Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

The Proposal Analyst is the main point of contact for sales teams for proposal management. The Proposal Analyst develops proposal plans and outlines, responsibility matrices, milestones and schedules. The Proposal Analyst organizes and guides project teams in preparing the business and technical components of the proposals/responses to RFPs/RFIs—interpreting specific customer requirements as appropriate.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Manages the proposal development process to ensure the proposal response is complete and reviewed for quality
• Provides corporate responses using library content
• Coordinates internal and external subject matter experts to answer RFP/RFI solution-level items
• Effectively recommends sample cover letters and executive summaries as well as other proposal library content for use in responses
• Assists with updating proposal library content and templates
• Collaborates well with project teams
• Is able to manage multiple projects of varying level of complexity
• Is able to preemptively identify and mitigate risks that could impact attaining project deliverables
• Continues to develop understanding of sales processes and key initiatives

Basic qualifications:

• B.A. degree
• At least two years of experience in similar positions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with expert skills with Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Project management and meeting facilitation skills
• Strong communication skills and flexibility working in a fast-paced environment
• Can-do attitude
• Fluency in English
