Things Solver
, a member of ASEE, is an AI and Engineering company based in Belgrade, Serbia, which operates worldwide in efforts to find the most valuable approaches and solutions for handling data. The company is a leader in providing innovative solutions for customer Data Management, Customer Data Platform and Agentic AI. They specialised in developing advanced platforms such as Customer 360 and Workforce Hub, enabling efficient customer analysis, segmentation and personalization, as well as building production-ready AI agents.

About the Role

We're building AI agents that do things—connecting to real systems, handling real workflows, and delivering measurable results for clients. If you've ever been frustrated by "AI demos" that never leave the lab, this is your chance to ship working solutions that get used every day. And all this – on our proprietary platform, Workforce Hub. Here, you'll work on both: experimental prototypes that push what's possible and production-ready AI agents that plug into real systems and deliver measurable results.

As an
AI Agent Developer
in our
AI Team
you will:

  • Design agents with purpose – Turn a messy business challenge into a clean, modular workflow an AI agent can handle.
  • Go beyond the basic – Define and build AI agents by setting instructions, defining skills and tools and fine-tuning behaviour. When you find a capability gap, feed it back to shape the platform road map and help make it even stronger for future builds.
  • Connect to the real world – Hook agents into CRMs, ERPs, ITSMs via API so they're more than just clever chat-bots.
  • Make it perform – Test, optimise, and tune agents so they're fast, accurate, and reliable under real conditions—not just in perfect test data.
  • Educate and enable – Help clients and internal teams understand what's under the hood so they can extend and maintain agents themselves.

About you

  • You know Python well enough to debug it without Googling every line.
  • You understand how LLMs, tool-use agents, prompt engineering and chaining work.
  • You can explain a technical concept to a non-technical audience.
  • You have built on a no-code/low-code platform or improved one.
  • You care about testing and optimization because "it works on my machine" isn't good enough.
  • You develop Agents that meet real deadlines and solve the problems they were built for.
  • Your work is reusable and scalable for the next project.
  • You write clear, practical documentation others can follow.
  • You are creative problem-solver.
  • You have developed critical and analytical thinking.
  • You enjoy collaborating with others.
