Our Proposal
We are looking for an AI Systems Engineer to join a high-caliber team focused on developing advanced AI systems, especially in the realm of Retrieval-Augmented Generation and agent-based architectures.

Responsibilities

  • Build systems for high-level security reasoning by analyzing architecture and posture to infer risks and generate recommendations.
  • Perform tactical security reasoning by analyzing specs to define security requirements early in development.
  • Enforce security best practices across the SDLC using contextual understanding of codebases and organizational patterns.
  • Integrate with tools like Google Docs, Confluence, Jira, and GitHub to collect and process development artifacts.
  • Fine-tune, benchmark, and optimize LLMs and ML models for security-specific reasoningDesign scalable AI systems that process large-scale codebases and technical documentation efficiently.
  • Apply modern engineering practices: infrastructure as code, robust testing, CI/CD workflows, and agile collaboration via Kanban

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software development or machine learning.
  • Proven experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
  • Proficiency in fine-tuning AI models.
  • Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks.

Highly Desirable | Nice-to-have skills

  • Experience evaluating models in terms of cost and latency.
  • Model benchmarking capabilities.
  • Familiarity with development tools like Cursor, Bolt, Co-pilot, or Llama Code.
  • Experience working with Abstract Syntax Tree (AST) using deterministic methods for code analysis.
