Title: Project Manager, Sales Ops Restaurants

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Work Dynamic: Monday – Friday; 1pm-9pm local time.

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to join our Restaurant Sales Support team. In this role, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, support sales growth, and improve customer experience across our restaurant partners. You'll be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects that support restaurant sales operations

• Coordinate with sales, operations, and tech teams to align project goals

• Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables using PM tools

• Identify risks and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track

• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and leadership

• Support process improvement initiatives and change management efforts

• Build relationships with a range of diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization to support the company's strategy

• Manage the repository for standard global documentation and keep documentation current and up to date

• Create documentation of processes and improvements

• Uses lessons learned to improve processes across PM organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business - business management experience to include Project Management, Services, Operations, and Program Management

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in food service, retail, or hospitality - ideally in international companies

• Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment

• Track record of delivering transformational change

• Able to demonstrate prior experience of establishing and rolling out new cross-functional processes

• Demonstrate exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable strategies

• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence outcomes with strong negotiation, written and oral communication skills

• Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to adapt to changing environments, priorities, and timelines

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential to work closely with team members and managers, and effectively manage problems as they occur, while also able to work independently

• Passionate about innovation, technology and driving positive customer experience

• Must be self-motivated, creative and can work closely in a team environment with other departments and individuals at all levels in the organization

• Advance experience in MS Office (e.g., MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Project) to perform daily tasks

• PMP or similar certification is a plus
