Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with existing clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain clients and reduce churn.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a retention role.
  • Fluency in one or more of the specified languages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
