Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Medior QA Engineer to join our growing QA team. This role is perfect for someone with 3–5 years of experience who wants to take ownership of testing processes, improve QA standards and contribute to high-quality software delivery. You'll be part of a cross-functional team working in an Agile environment, where collaboration, initiative, and attention to detail are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and maintain test documentation and strategies
• Design and execute complex test cases and automation scripts
• Create, maintain and evolve test automation frameworks
• Configure and optimize Test Management Tools (TMT)
• Review and validate test cases and bug reports written by others
• Monitor test execution and report test results clearly and effectively
• Analyze product requirements and provide feedback on quality risks
• Collaborate with developers and other QA engineers in all SDLC phases
• Participate in debugging production issues and root cause analysis
• Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies and propose process improvements
• Mentor junior QA team members in test planning, automation and methodology

You should have

• 3–5 years of experience in software testing (web, client-server, mobile)
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in Java and/or JavaScript and experience with tools like Cypress, Playwright and Selenium
• Experience with automated API testing and creating/maintaining API test frameworks
• Knowledge of multiple test types (functional, non-functional)
• Experience with Test Management Tools (configuration, usage optimization, permissions)
• Familiarity with security testing and WCAG
• Solid skills in using Linux/macOS/Windows environments and Docker
• Strong test documentation and reporting skills
• Fluent English (minimum B2) and good communication skills
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification (or willingness to obtain it)

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile testing tools like Appium
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Background in database testing (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
