Beograd Serbia Hybrid People Focus . Full time €25,000 - €50,000 per year

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Sports Marketing and Event Management Associate (Motorsport/Karting):

Level: medior/senior

Type of employment: Flexible working hours (weekends/events, compensatory time off during the week), Domestic and international travel required

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Model of work: hybrid

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Marketing & Communication (coordination with external marketing agencies, close collaboration with internal teams

  • Planning, organization and execution of our kart racing series and other motorsport events

  • Content creation (photo/video/text), community management, newsletters and press relations

  • Sponsorship & Partner Management

  • Active involvement in acquiring new sponsors and partners (research, outreach, presentations)
  • Event Management & Logistics (travel organization, guest, team and partner support on-site;   operational support at events in Serbia and abroad; 
  • Administration, Import & Brand Representation

If you are someone who has:

Must:

  • Education or experience in sports marketing, communication, event management or sponsorship
  • Proficiency in MS Office, social media tools and basic knowledge of webshop/e-commerce systems
  • Willingness to travel & work weekends; resilient, hands-on and team-oriented
  • Languages: Serbian (excellent), English (fluent), Italian (good) – or willingness to learn Italian quickly
  • Basic knowledge of video production/traffic video required
  • Driving license (category B) is mandatory
  • Strong affinity for motorsport (karting) and general sports interest (including winter sports)

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge in customs/import processes is a plus
