Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts and containers in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4),
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain tags, triggers and variables across GrowMojo's clients websites,
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues to ensure accurate data collection,
  • Build and maintain dashboards in GA4, Looker Studio and Whatagraph for actionable insights and reporting,
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking across advertising platforms,
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure accurate and reliable tracking across all campaigns,
  • Collect, analyze and monitor performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Implement and manage server-side tracking setups, including GA4 server container, TikTok Events API, and Meta's Conversions API.
  • Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure tracking implementations are integrated properly in website builds or updates.
  • Perform privacy compliance checks (GDPR/CCPA) to ensure analytics setup with best practice and is compliant
  • Conduct regular tracking audits to ensure tag firing accuracy and data integrity across platforms.

Required skills/qualifications

  • Proven experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager (both web and server-side tagging),
  • Experience with BI tools like Looker Studio and Whatagraph,
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking across advertising platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Google, Snapchat, Reddit, etc.),
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for analytics and tracking issues,
  • Basic JavaScript for customizing tracking solutions,
  • Familiarity with performance KPIs,
  • Experience with Big Query, SQL, Google Cloud Console and data warehousing is a plus.
  • Experience with Meta Conversions API, TikTok Events API, and Google Ads Enhanced Conversions (client and server-side).
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento in the context of tracking implementations.
  • Working knowledge of consent management platforms (e.g., OneTrust, etc) and how they affect data collection.
  • Experience using Tag Assistant, Pixel Helper, Meta Events Manager, and other QA tools for tag debugging.
  • Comfort with HTML/CSS and DOM manipulation as it relates to tag setup and event tracking.
  • Clear, client-facing communication skills for explaining tracking strategy and performance data in non-technical terms.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with server environments (i.e. AWS, Cloudflare, etc.) to assist in server-side tracking deployment
