We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable AI Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment of AI solutions within our iGaming company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure smooth integration of AI tools into daily operations. Your mission is to drive innovation and improve efficiency through cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate and deploy AI solutions within the iGaming company.

• Collaborate with various departments to tailor AI implementations to specific business needs.
• Develop KPIs and monitor the performance of AI solutions post-implementation.
• Prepare and conduct training courses and workshops for employees on using AI effectively.

• Address objections and motivate staff to adopt new AI tools.

• Monitor AI trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in AI deployment.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing research findings and implementation plans.
• Support the company's data-driven decision-making processes by identifying relevant AI solutions.
• Maintain AI tools and ensure they are updated and optimized for performance

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in implementing IT solutions and deploying AI technologies.
• Proven track record of successful AI integration projects, preferably in B2C or gaming-related industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex concepts into actionable solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI tools.-
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Background in HR or experience in employee motivation and training is a plus.
• Understanding of information security systems in the context of AI integration.

• Experience in training AI models and continuous model improvement.

• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
