We are now seeking a
Regional Business Controller – GCC
who will play a key role in driving financial performance, strengthening decision-making processes, and ensuring that our operations in GCC markets are aligned with both group standards and local requirements.

This position offers the opportunity to partner with local management teams, contribute to strategic expansion projects, and support the long-term growth of SF1 Group across the region.

What you will do

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports in line with company standards and policies.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for GCC markets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Present monthly reports to the Controlling Manager and define, track, and analyze retail KPIs.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with local management by providing financial insights and simulations to support informed decision-making.
  • Process Development: Contribute to the design and implementation of controlling processes and tools for new markets in the region.
  • Compliance & Tax: Monitor regulatory and tax requirements in cooperation with external partners and advisors.
  • Projects & Investments: Actively participate in ad hoc analyses, projects, and investment decisions related to business expansion.

What we are looking for

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or controlling (audit experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and controlling processes.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; prior experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
