Kao regionalni menadžer prodaje, bićete odgovorni za:

  • Koordinaciju i realizaciju planova rada i prodajnih ciljeva prodajnih objekata, sa fokusom na promet, kontrolu zaliha, ostvarenje targeta i efikasno upravljanje budžetima.
  • Organizovanje i planiranje rasporeda rada zaposlenih.
  • Praćenje vizuelnih standarda izloženosti proizvoda i poštovanje internih procedura.
  • Obezbeđivanje visokog nivoa usluge i profesionalnog odnosa prema kupcima.
  • Organizaciju i sprovođenje redovnih i vanrednih popisa.
  • Pružanje podrške poslovođama u svakodnevnom radu i kontrolu njihovih rezultata.
  • Regrutaciju, obuku i razvoj prodajnog tima.
  • Analizu prodajnih rezultata i davanje predloga za unapređenje prodaje i poslovanja.
  • Primenu prodajnih strategija i standarda prilikom promocija proizvoda u skladu sa ciljevima kompanije.

Uslovi:

  • Minimum 2 godine radnog iskustva na sličnim poslovima u maloprodaji
  • Vozačka dozvola B kategorije – aktivan vozač
  • Dobro poznavanje rada na računaru (MS Office)
  • Izražene organizacione, komunikacione i liderske sposobnosti
  • Samostalnost, proaktivnost i orijentisanost ka rezultatima

Poželjne kvalifikacije:

  • Iskustvo u vođenju tima i direktnoj prodaji
  • Razvijene pregovaračke i motivacione veštine
  • Orijentisanost ka kupcima i pružanju kvalitetne korisničke podrške
