Role Description:
We are seeking a
Surveillance Controller
, who will be responsible for ensuring the security, fairness, and integrity of ARRISE's operations. Through real-time monitoring, data analysis, and close coordination with cross-functional teams, the Surveillance Controller plays a vital role in detecting irregularities, minimizing fraud, and upholding the integrity of our gaming platform.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor Live Casino Activity: Observe gaming tables and technical equipment in real time to detect high-risk behavior, fraudulent play, and ensure compliance and fairness.
• Analyze and Escalate Risks: Identify suspicious betting patterns or irregularities, escalating issues according to internal protocols and collaborating with Risk and Operations teams.
• Surveillance and Data Gathering: Collect, document, and consolidate surveillance data for risk analysis and ongoing threat assessment.
• Reporting and Communication: Deliver concise, accurate reports on observed trends and threats, while maintaining clear communication with internal departments and external partners.
• Operational Support: Assist with daily operations and support initiatives led by Team Leads or Managers to ensure smooth and secure workflows.
• Maintain Integrity and Confidentiality: Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all surveillance and reporting activities.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or final-year student in technical or analytical fields (e.g., computer science, engineering, business).
• Strong understanding of online gaming operations, especially Live Casino products.
• Willingness to work 9-hour shifts, including nights and weekends, within a 24/7 operation.
• Effective time management and task prioritization under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with surveillance tools or security systems.
• Knowledge of data management or visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
