sind ein IT-Service Provider mit Sitz in Belgrad und arbeiten eng mit unseren deutschen Partnern zusammen, um mehr als 450 KMU-Kunden im DACH-Raum zu unterstützen. Als Managed Service Provider setzen wir auf End-to-End-Lösungen und exzellenten IT-Support.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Arbeit mit unserem internen AI-Tool: Daten einpflegen, prüfen und Fehler korrigieren.
  • Analyse und Überprüfung von eingehenden IT-Tickets.
  • Zuweisung von Tickets an unsere Techniker.
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Techniker-Einsätzen.
  • Dokumentation und Erstellung von Reports zur Optimierung unserer Abläufe.

Dein Profil:

  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
    in Wort und Schrift sind zwingend erforderlich.
  • Kein technischer Background notwendig – jedoch solltest du technische Begriffe verstehen können.
  • Interesse an IT und digitalen Trends.
  • Teamgeist, Genauigkeit und die Fähigkeit, strukturiert zu arbeiten.
