We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to join one of our investment products.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates with the traffic that aligns with our brand's target demographic.
  • Build from scratch a system for tracking and onboarding new partners for the apps
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with the necessary tools and support to succeed.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with affiliates and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Monitor affiliate performance, analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization opportunities.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across affiliates' campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling affiliate marketing materials and campaigns tailored to dating content.
  • Ensure all affiliate content fully complies with app store policies, legal standards, and our brand's ethical guidelines.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies to adapt and innovate our affiliate program continuously.
  • Handle affiliate inquiries, concerns, and disputes promptly and effectively, maintaining positive relationships.

We expect from you:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as an Affiliate Manager or similar role (like User Acquisition).
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and grow affiliate programs, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing advertising networks and platforms.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with an ability to engage and motivate affiliates.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics, with hands-on experience in tools such as Excel
  • Excellent communication skills (in Russian + English), both written and verbal, with the ability to create persuasive marketing materials.

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
